Day 58

Another Monday!  I just realized that I get to test my theory about quarantine Tuesdays tomorrow.  Stay tuned for more data for my hypothesis.

We had a nice weekend.  The weather was tolerable. I took the dogs on a few runs.  We practiced baseball, celebrated Mother's Day and cleaned the house.  We also watched old sports and Godzilla movies.  Naturally.

A few observations:

Reina is handling quarantine a little better than she did a few weeks ago.  The reward at the end of school and using technology to hang out with friends might be helping.  She also played with the granddaughters next door  - socially distancing on both sides of the fence and using a bucket to carry messages back and forth.  That definitely helped.

Will is experimenting with several different accents - none of which can be attributed to any specific language or nationality.  But it keeps him entertained.  He starts baseball practice in person this week (4-5 kids plus 1 coach, no dugouts or restrooms, outside) and we are all welcoming that as a sign of normalcy.

Glenn was growing a beard for about a week but he shaved it today.  He left a mustache on this morning but that was shaved after about 15 minutes.  The general consensus among family members was that Glenn looked nice with the beard but it was starting to bug him.

Wyoming has 635 cases and no new deaths.  We are still staying out of public places as much as possible and limiting our interactions when we can.  I miss the library the most today, I'm running out of stuff to read.
