Dear Will & Reina:
Your Dad and I would like to personally congratulate you both on your great achievement last night. For this first time since Feb. 10, 2009, you both slept through the night. Your dad and I were completely unprepared for this event but we greatly appreciate your teamwork and perseverance. We hope that this outstanding effort will continue as it will surely improve our organization's efficiency and performance.
